Are You Leading a Trip or Activity?
First, you can check the Activity Leader Reports Page to see what other leaders may have noted about this trip in the past. If yours is a new or first-time activity which could be repeated in the future by others, then you can contact us to make sure it gets added to the Reports page.

Next, you can click on the links below to view and print Sidetrackers activity write-up forms, sign-up sheets, and non-member liability waivers. Now it's easier than ever to arrive at monthly meetings or club planning sessions with your activity materials ready to go.

Pre-event Publicity!
If your activity would benefit from advance exposure on this web site, or if you would like to post maps or driving directions for your participants, please send us a message. Visit the Contacts page.

Before Departing On Your Trip.
 Remember to visit the Links page and check the forecast weather conditions for your trip.

Changes to Your Trip.
You can broadcast trip changes to the email-enabled membership through our Yahoo!Groups list. Visit the Links page for a link to the Yahoo!Groups web site and information about the Sidetrackers Yahoo!Groups service.

On the Day of Your Trip.
You must have liability waivers for your non-member participants, and you must know who in your group is not currently a member of Sidetrackers.

When You Return From Your Trip.
Email photos and a descriptive paragraph to the web site manager if you would like us to create a Photo Gallery page for your event.
